Shawn M. Hazlett, D.O. graduated from Mansfield State University and Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Temple University-Scranton and a two-year Fellowship in Nephrology at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. Hazlett is the Medical Director of the Easton dialysis clinic. He is an Interventional Nephrologist at Valley Access Center, located in Bethlehem, and is certified by the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology. He is also Board Certified in Nephrology and Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Hazlett joined Valley Kidney Specialists, PC in 2005.
