Sharon E. Maynard, M.D. attended medical school and completed her Internal Medicine residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. She completed her Nephrology fellowship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Maynard is the Program Director of the Nephrology Fellowship Program at Lehigh Valley Health Network and is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. She has particular expertise in the treatment of hypertension and kidney disease in pregnancy. She is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. She joined Valley Kidney Specialists, PC in 2011.
